Lindblad Cove, Antarctica

If I had to pick one area on my visit to Antarctica that was the most “otherworldly, surreal and magical” it would be Lindblad Cove.  Our ship, the Endeavor (National Geographic/Lindblad Expeditions) sailed through this quiet ice filled cove in the late evening mystical light.    The low light was soft and changing and there were places in the distance that glowed a deep electric blue that seemed to come from another planet.
